Carol joined Mohle Adams as a Tax Manager in 2022, bringing many years of experience in the public accounting space. Carol specializes in business/entity tax returns and tax needs for high-net worth individuals. She joined Mohle Adams from a local CPA firm, where she served clients as a CPA Firm Tax Lead and Director. She oversaw complex tax computation projects for clients in a variety of industries, including metal manufacturing, tech, wholesale trading, healthcare, and law.

Across all her professional experience, Carol has enjoyed working with clients and helping them optimize their tax structures. Having grown up in a family with a small business, she knows firsthand how tax consulting can help businesses thrive. She is delighted to offer support and clear communication to empower her clients to succeed.

Outside of the office, Carol and her husband Andy enjoy spending time with their two daughters and attending their exciting activities. She also loves volunteering for her local Chinese CPA organization to give back to the community.
