Clint has over 11 years of public accounting experience, providing tax and accounting services to individuals and business entities of varying structures and industries. He has extensive experience with individual, partnership and corporate taxation, including multi-state tax compliance.
Clint offers consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses for transactions, planning and strategy. Clint’s areas of interest include Closely-held Businesses and Family Groups, Tax Services for Individuals and Trusts, Representation before the IRS, Accounting Method Changes, Transaction Advisory, Business Planning and Strategy, Budgeting and Forecasting, and Cost Segregation Studies.
Clint serves the community through the Rotary Club of Houston, volunteering as a teacher to at-risk youth in the Harris County Juvenile Justice System. He serves on the Club’s Board of Directors and is the Club’s Treasurer.
Clint and his wife Lauren live in West Houston, where they raise three, young children. They love to take their kids on trips and explore new places. Despite their young age, all three children have their passports and enjoy traveling.
